About Me
Always having a passion for writing and storytelling, I have been developing and refining my skills since childhood. Frequently winning regional writing competitions in my early teens, I have always had the knack for a great story or two. My first novel ‘Jacob's Journey’ was a nationwide success emulating a book signing tour hosted by Ottakar's book stores.
A lover of English classics and literature, I have spent nearly a decade living in Australia, with my husband and two children. Taking inspiration from my surroundings I have a mind full of innovative and breathtakingly gripping storylines and character ideas.
I am now in the process of launching my exciting new young adult fantasy adventure novel ‘Eye of the Portal’, and starting a whole new journey into the paranormal realm with an upcoming release in the making which is bound to be a groundbreaking reader experience.

Eye of the Portal

The My Mate Mo series
The My Mate Mo series sets to be a pleasing and entertaining children's book series based around Mo and Mitch and all the other Mo friends in and around Little Stubbleton. With the first My Mate Mo book now out and available for purchase, plans are in the works to continue the series with the introduction of some of the other fun and wacky characters.

Inspiration behind My Mate Mo
Inspired by the recent annual tradition of ‘Mo-vember’ where men will not shave for the entirety of november and raise money for charities, the idea for My Mate Mo was born. These original sketches made in the early days of the Mo idea give a true indication to the magic and wonder I set out to achieve with the series. Once the sketching and illustration style was set and finalised, seeing the creation come to life before me only inspired me more to make a fun and memorable book series for young children.

Jacob's Journey
Originally released and published in 2003, Jacob's Journey is the base and origin to the current ‘Eye of the Portal’. Jacob's Journey was my first fully fledged novel and its success inspired me to carry on with my passion for writing enticing stories and creating and sharing characters and locations. A personal highlight of the whole ‘Jacob's Journey’ experience was my book signing at Ottakar's, an event I would love to relive one day soon with my releases.
